The information received will be used within Directorate of Public Works, Fort Leavenworth, KS, to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the organization. This announcement is not a request for proposals, but a survey of the market for potential sources. Directorate of Public Works, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking SBA Total Small Business with current relevant experience to provide parts, perform routine and emergency maintenance, and install replacement commercial doors and controllers (Overhead Door brand or similar) across Fort Leavenworth, KS. The project if awarded under a contract will include providing parts, performing routine and emergency maintenance, and installing replacement commercial doors and controllers of the following types: - Garage Doors (various sizes) manual operation - Garage Doors (various sizes) electric opener - Warehouse Dock Doors (various sizes) manual operation - Warehouse Dock Doors (various sizes) electric opener The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) should be classified under is 332321 Metal Window and Door Manufacturing, with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $750,000 are encouraged to submit a response for review. The proposed contract if awarded will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement to responsible company with recent and relevant experience in previous projects dating back not more than three (3) years. This past experience may be for the military and/or commercial nonresidential buildings related work within the cost range of $25,000 to $100,000 plus.
