Alarm Monitoring and Telephonic Support Services

The Government requires a contractor to provide 24/7/365 intrusion detection system monitoring and remote telephonic technical support for three community-based clinics. The contractor must continuously monitor the Government-furnished systems and immediately notify designated personnel and authorities upon alarm activation. The contractor must also provide telephone-based technical support during normal business hours to assist with system maintenance and repairs. The services are for three specified clinic locations.
