The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award a sole-source contract to Sports Network International, Inc. for co-sponsorship of the USACC JROTC National Drill Championship. The performance period is from 01 April 2026 through 31 August 2026, and the services will be performed in Ormond Beach, Florida. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive offers, and a solicitation will not be issued. Any potential bidder must provide clear evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
