The contractor will serve as the sole provider of officially licensed hang tags, hologram stickers, package seals, and track and trace technologies for the U.S. Army. No government funds will be used; the contractor receives exclusive rights to all revenues generated from sales to Army licensees. The scope includes secure product manufacturing with advanced security features and the management of an online portal for licensee registration, ordering, and design submissions. The contractor must also provide tracking, reporting, and account management for an estimated 264 licensees.
