This contract covers non-personnel services for the initial inspection, pickup, maintenance, and delivery of 1,239 fire extinguishers of various types and sizes. Services will be performed quarterly at Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), specifically at buildings 7901, 850, 860, and 1296. Work must follow NFPA 10, AR 420-5, and OSHA regulations, including annual inspections, 5/6-year maintenance, and 10/12-year hydrostatic testing as applicable. Contractor has 14 days to perform service unless an alternative agreement is reached with the unit POC, contracting officer, and contractor. Payments will pause during any unit deployment period when services are not required, as notified in writing by the COR.

Services will be provided on a quarterly basis at buildings 7901, 850, 860, and 1296. Each battalion within the brigade will schedule consolidated fire extinguisher services separately. The inventory includes various extinguisher types and sizes, ranging from 5 lb to 125 lb, including ABC, BC, Purple K, CO2, and Halon.
