The U.S. Government seeks potential sources for maintenance and support services for the Lynx security and duress notification system within a hospital environment. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel and services for preventive maintenance and system support to keep the system fully operational. This procurement is intended to be set aside for small businesses, provided at least two qualified small businesses respond with sufficient capability information. The work will be performed based on the requirements in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
