This is a source sought notice for a non-personnel services contract to provide a Training as a Service (TaaS) Synthetic Small Arms Simulation System for Soldier combat marksmanship training. The required system must include grid pattern sports vision, cognitive drills, and human performance exercises, utilizing synthetic or converted weapons. Services will be performed at McGregor Range in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The contractor's system will support training in threat recognition, eye tracking, and human performance simulation, incorporating advancements in cognitive neuroscience and learning theory. The government intends to procure these services on a competitive basis.
