The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all equipment, transportation, tools and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. Service location will be Fort Wainwright and Fort Greely, Alaska.
