Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Government is seeking information from small businesses capable of providing comprehensive camp and adventure services for 110 Cadets and 30 Cadre in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, from June 7-12, 2026. The required support includes lodging, meals, facilities, transportation, recreational equipment, and activities like archery, water safety, and ropes courses. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation. The government intends to set aside the future procurement for small businesses, but only if at least two qualified small businesses respond to this notice.
