RIVANNA STATION BASE OPERATION
This is a market research Sources Sought notice for a potential future bridge contract and a subsequent five-year requirement for comprehensive base operations and maintenance services at Rivanna Station in Charlottesville, Virginia. The work includes facilities maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, and snow removal, with much of the performance occurring in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) requiring TOP SECRET/SCI clearances for personnel. The estimated period of performance for the main follow-on requirement is five years. Interested vendors, especially small businesses, are requested to submit a capability statement.
