This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and repair of an IDS/EECS/CCTV system to keep it fully operational. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, tools, and management to execute a full Maintenance Plan, including preventative and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and records management. Performance must comply with all applicable U.S. codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications. The government will not supervise the contractor's service providers directly, as the contractor bears full accountability. Services are to be performed at the Installation.
