Army Trademark Licensing Program (ATLP) Support Services
This is a no-cost agreement where the contractor's compensation is a commission based on a percentage of generated royalty income. The work involves fully managing the Army Trademark Licensing Program (ATLP), including acquiring new licensees, managing approximately 150 existing accounts, collecting royalties, and conducting brand protection. The period of performance is a one-year base period from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027, with four potential one-year option periods. The contractor's activities will extend the Army's marketing program targeting young adults aged 17-24 and their influencers. Required capabilities encompass program management, financial collection, marketplace monitoring, and operating an online approval portal.
