Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13)

This is a Sources Sought notice for lodging, meals, transportation, and conference facilities for personnel visiting Cadet Summer Training in 2026, with a base performance period from 13 July to 18 July 2026 and four option years spanning June and July from 2027 through 2030. The requirement is intended to be set aside for HUBZone small businesses, provided at least two qualified HUBZone firms respond to this notice. The notice is for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation. Responses are requested via email by 29 December 2025.
