Co... This is a non-personal services Sources Sought to replace a total of 80 UPS System Batteries for Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson CO. Period of Performance 01 March 2025 to 30 May 2025. Contractor shall provide non-personal services replacing UPS-B Batteries to include LOTO (Lockout Tagout) with Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) O&M Contractor and put the batteries in service after installation. UPS-B (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is Schneider Electric brand SKU GVSUPS100KD (GALAXY VS UPS 100KW) SN-ID2036007573. Battery type is12HRL400 Lead Acid High-Rate Series 12 Volt / 100 Ah @ 20 Hr with Recessed M6 Terminals and Flame Retardant ABS Plastic Case. Dimensions 12.8? (L) x 6.81? (W) x 8.39? (H). The contractor shall provide similar batteries or equal to; in addition to parts warranty from the manufacturer and installation labor warranty. The contractor shall coordinate with EACH Health Information Technology (HIT) Department to schedule the battery replacement. The contractor shall coordinate with Schneider Electric to certify, test, verify, turn on and commission the UPS after the battery installation is completed. The contractor shall provide results of the UPS certification, verification, and testing to EACH Facilities Management. The contractor shall remove old batteries and dispose IAW federal and state regulations for battery disposal. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
