The contractor shall perform semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The contractor shall provide emergency on-call service. The contractor shall be certified to perform the below inspection checks. The plan shall include Comprehensive Coverage, 24/7 Corrective Maintenance, Cost proposals for Parts & Labor for UPS Electronics, Cost for Parts & Labor for Batteries, Guaranteed Emergency Response Times, 6 4 Hour Response Coverage, UPS Preventive Maintenance (1 Major 24/7, 1 Minor 24/7), Semi-Annual Sealed Battery Preventive Maintenance 24/7, Flooded Battery Preventive Maintenance. Note: Please provide cost for Base + 4 Option Years.
