The Mission and Installation Contracting Command is seeking sources to determine small business set-aside for the OCAR Online Legislative Subscription tool. The contractor shall provde an online subscription tool for congressional legislative actions and information. The objective of this effort is to have access to multiple sources, tools, and features, (listed in the PWS) for up to 25 users. Contractor must also provide a searchable reference database for every Member of Congress including an archive of former members since the 104th Congress (1995). Contractor will also agree to provide the Legislative Affairs Division with a one-year subscription to a premier online news and legislative tracking services.
