SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

The U.S. Government anticipates a future solicitation for commercial recycling collection, transportation, and management services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington. Services will be required across JBLM Main, North, and McChord Field, as well as for expended brass collection at Yakima Training Center. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type with a term consisting of a base period and four one-year options, starting on or about November 1, 2025. Task orders will be firm-fixed price and issued on an as-needed basis against an established Price List. The solicitation is expected to be released around July 11, 2025, and will be available exclusively online through the SAM.gov website.
