The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services. They will perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repair of all heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, domestic hot water equipment, ice machines, control systems, and ancillary equipment as defined in this Performance Work Statement. This excludes items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor will adhere to the standards in this contract. The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and parts for the maintenance, preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repair of all HVAC equipment, domestic hot water equipment, chillers, ice machines, pumps, and ancillary equipment. Note: that this is a non-personal service (s) contract.
