Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a future indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to provide comprehensive protective coatings services across Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. The contract will have a 5-year ordering period starting on or about July 1, 2025. The total estimated value of the requirement is over $10 million, with individual task orders ranging from $2,000 to $6 million. The contractor must have a local representative on-site to receive work requests. All solicitation documents will be available exclusively online through the SAM.gov website.
