This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PANMCC-23-P-0000 017490. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 /01-30-2022 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN 20220228. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order in support of Holistic Performance Optimization Training retreats. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 – Event and Meeting Planning Services, size standard $20 MIL. This will be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside. Q&A Q 1. Could you provide an es?mated age range for the children who will be in the childcare area? This informa?on is essen?al for determining the staffing requirements for childcare services. Depending on the age group, we may need to allocate addi?onal staff members to ensure their well-being, safety, and compliance. A 1. Age range 6mo – 14 yrs old. I do not have exact numbers we usually get around 10 kids in the 6mo to 6 yrs old. About 15 kids in the 7-12 range. A few teenagers. Q 2.
