The objective of this SOW is to perform a major service on three (3) Decanters, fashioning a new or like new product, utilizing either OEM or equivalent parts. The objective of this SOW is to perform a major service on three (3) Decanters, fashioning a new or like new product, utilizing either OEM or equivalent parts. The completed work must pass all testing and verification by an inspector, to provide assurance that all Decanters are none other than fully operational and running according to manual specifications. Work includes tasks and incidental related work indicated in this Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Project Drawings. Contractor shall inspect and verify all major components of all three (3) Decanters. If deficiencies are found while conducting the inspection, contractor shall be responsible for proper repair of the defective component or any subcomponent, belts, gears, lubricants, rubber gaskets, sensors, etc. The contractor shall ensure all work done to Decanters are covered under at least a one-year warranty period. All repairs shall be done in accordance with this statement of work and satisfaction of the final inspector. As well as any Federal, State or Local Building Code.
