The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform UMCS and REM services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services (Refer to PWS Paragraph 3). The REM will assist the installation Energy Manager in the reduction of: peak electrical demand; energy, water and solid waste consumption; and the identification and development of Energy efficiency and resilience projects.
