THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. This is a services contract to provide facilities, personnel support, lodging, meals, and audiovisual training aids support to conduct a STEM Leadership Academy in Orangeburg, South Carolina from 12 – 18 June 2022. Contractor shall provide a residential experience for an estimated 360 JROTC cadets, and 90 Instructional and JROTC staff cadre, provide meals, instructional support and classrooms capable of accommodating students and instructional staff, offices for cadre, team building and self-awareness activities on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. See attached SSS and Draft PWS for details. Interested Parties MUST provide sufficient details on how they can satisfy this requirement. General statements of interest will not be accepted when making a capability determination.
