This is a non-personnel services contract to provide, install and terminate a 216 strand Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable. The cable will be installed through existing RNEC MH and Duct System between RNEC Buildings #6684 and #6642. In existing RNEC Hut Building #6684 in existing 19” x 7’ equipment racks, then the Ultra High Density Fiber Optic Patch Panel utilizing High Density splicing cassettes with LC type connectors will be installed in specified location in specified rack. In existing RNEC Hut Building #6642, an Ultra High Density Fiber Optic Patch Panel with High Density splicing cassettes with LC type connectors will be installed in existing rack in a specified location. Upon Completion all strands will be fully functional and immediately usable. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government., Responses shall include an estimated time for part aquisition.
