This is a Source Sought Notice Only- The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- West Point Desires to Procure Movers to move a office from one building into another building, on a small business set-aside basis provided 2 or more qualified small business respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned, Women- Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The anticipated NAICS code is: 337214-Office Furniture (except wood) Manufacturing. Size Standard: 1000. A need is anticipated for the procurement of Office Move from Bldg. 654 Eichelberger Road, West Point, NY to 695 Cemetery Road, West Point, NY 10996, two trips will be needed to accomplish this move in one day. The following items are to be moved to building - #695: 4 - Desks with Overheads & Returns 2 - Desks with Returns 1 - Older Double Pedestal Desk 24 - Assorted Chairs 4 - Wood Filing Cabinets (Two types – must move empty) 3 – Three Drawer Metal Lateral File Cabinets (Must move empty) 7 – Bookcases 1 – Large Credenza 2 – Storage Cabinets 2 – Conference Tables 4 – Huddle Tables 6 – Other Tables 6 – PC Set Ups (Packed & Moved by Movers) 4 – Sit Stand Units 1 – Wall Mounted Flat Screen TV (Dismounted & Remounted by Movers) 1 – Copier & 1 Shredder 2 – Refrigerators 2 – Coat Hangers 40 – Framed Prints & Pictures (Packed by Movers) 80 – Tote Carton Boxes (Packed by Client) This totals to 1,950 cubic feet or four truckloads to be moved. Office Move to be done on 7 and or 9 September 2022; 8:30AM Start Time The BRG Office Mover Team will relocate the IG office in one day. Client will handle packing of offices and common areas. USMA IG will handle the computer disconnects and reconnect. Conditions: • Contractor will adhere to COVID 19 protocol • All boxes will be labeled with office number, box tracking numbers, and storage location • Contractor to provide master pack out manifest. Contractor Manpower Reporting Application Data is required to be reported using the Enterprise-wide Contractor Manpower Reporting Application(eCMRA), Contractor must be “Certified Movers”, GSA Preferred, have Moving License, be Insured and bonded. at the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, NY 10996.
