This is a non-personal services contract to provide meals, to the 383rd QM BN (WSR4AA) during their scheduled Annual Training at Fort Pickett, VA. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract providers providing the requirement herein. Such contract providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The driving distance must also be free of tolls. 1.2 The Period of performance shall be from 7-18 August 2022. 1.3 Contractor will provide the following meal requirements per Soldier for an established price at a minimum of; protein, starch, vegetable, salad and/or soup, dessert and drink other than water. Buffet authorized as long as it meets the above requirements. One halal meal must be provided at each meal.
