Scope: Vendor will provide and deliver potable bottled water, 5 gallons, to DPTMS Range Branch and DES. Requirements include all functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally performed by a Potable Bottle Water delivery provider, to include the delivery of (130 each), 5 gallon bottles of potable drinking water a month to DPTMS Range Branch located at Fort Bliss, TX 79916. This also includes the delivery of (35 each), 5 gallon bottles of potable drinking water to be delivered in the fall/winter season, and increase to 60 each furnished 5 gallon bottles of potable drinking water to be delivered twice a month in the spring/summer season to DES located at building, Fort Bliss, TX 79916. Total number of bottles per month are 200 in the fall/winter season, and 250 in the spring/summer seasons. The Contractor shall obtain VETCOM approval, and follow all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, Texas/ New Mexico State laws, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Army, and installation regulations.
