The Government is seeking a certified 8(a) Small Business with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel and capability are encouraged to respond. Upon review of industry response to this Solicitation, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the best interest of the Government. This is a performance-based, firm fixed price contract with recurring and non-recurring services is anticipated. The total contract term including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. Selection procedures will be used to evaluate and select the proposal that is most advantageous to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment and other items necessary to perform. *Note: All service(s) shall be performed by an authorized OEM Caterpillar direct and/or certified factory technician. **FAR Clause 52.232-18 - Availability of Funds. Provide Preventive Maintenance (PM), Emergency Repair Services (ERS) for one (1) Caterpillar Switchgear model number SWG-36367 and one (1) Caterpillar Switchgear model number SWG-41081 as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be a base year and four (4) option years: Base Year – 3/28/2022 –3/27/2023 Option year 1 – 3/28/2023 – 3/27/2024 Option year 2 – 3/28/2024 – 3/27/2025 Option year 3 – 3/28/2025 – 3/27/2026 Option year 4 – 3/28/2026 – 3/27/2027 Please provide a copy of your capabilites statement and work done for the past three years and certificate of OEM Caterpillar Trained.
