This is a requirement for an unlimited software license of 24 months for both website and cell phone / tablet app for an annual average of approximately 330,000 HQ JROTC instructors and cadets. This online web application helps Cadets track their holistic development, receive greater depth of military career exposure, and set personal goals for continuous improvement. The online digital portfolio will provide a college and career readiness tool, developed for Army JROTC cadets. This is the first time this requirement has been solicited, and it will assist USACC with meeting both the ASA M&RA modernization requirement and the Cadet Command Regulation 145-8-3 Digital Portfolio requirement for each Cadet to maintain a Digital Portfolio binder. The Digital Portfolio functions are aligned with current curriculum standards.
