This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for the required service and no written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021?06, Effective 10 June 2021. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (Reference?Number 0011725402-0001). This requirement is being competed as a Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: 485113 - Bus and Other Motor Vehicle Transit Systems; Size standard: $16.5M Product Service Code: V222 - Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Passenger Motor Charter This requirment is for USAWOCC Staff Rides. Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS) program of Instruction (POI), Course # 911-09W, requires .a staff ride to Daviston, Alabama. The purpose is to provide bus transportation for the staff ride in order to meet curriculum requirements. The requirement is for two 55-passenger buses that provide transportation for an average of 26 WOCS classes of 100 candidates plus cadre on a 300 mile round trip from Fort Rucker, Alabama to Daviston, Alabama and return. This requirement supports the changes and growth of the Warrant Officer Education System (WOES) which includes the WOCS. Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE) program of Instruction (POI), WOSSC POI 1- 250- C9, Lesson Title H503 Blakeley State Park, AL Historic Site Staff Ride. This POI requires a staff ride to be conducted. The purpose is to provide bus transportation for the staff ride in order to meet curriculum requirements. The requirement is for two 36-passenger buses providing transportation for an average of 7 WOSSE classes of 65 WOSSC Students plus cadre on a 348 mile round trip from Fort Rucker, Alabama to the Fort Blakeley Park National Historic Site in Spanish Fort, Alabama and return. This requirement supports the changes and growth of the Warrant Officer Education System (WOES) which includes the WOSSE. (Formerly known as WOSSC). Certified Bus Drivers will transport approximately 45-110 Soldiers. Buses must have reclining seats; air conditioning, heat, working DVD player working monitors and working latrine. Buses are 55 & 36 passenger with 2 (two)/ Number of passengers: 45 to 110; 1 (one) bus required when transporting 45 or less. Buses and Drivers will remain on site for emergencies and transportation to surrounding. Type of Contract: The Government anticipates a single award Firm?Fixed?Price Contract.
