The Army Civilian Career Management Activity (ACCMA) Recruiting and Outreach division serving as the new Enterprise Level Lead for civilian recruiting in the Army, requires a cloud-based platform that is a tool for recruiting college/university students, that will provide customized/in-depth access to college/university students (Freshmen through Seniors) so the Army will be able to effectively & efficiently recruit them into Army Civilian positions. This tool is intended for use by all entities within the Army enterprise who do civilian hiring. The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Stryder Corp doing business as Handshake for their Handshake Software, San Francisco, CA for software licenses in support of the ACCMA with a period of performance of 15 September 2021 – 14 September 2022 and (4) four (1) one year option periods. The anticipated award date is 15 September 2021. This solicitation will not be available through beta.SAM.gov.
