PWS is attached. Event coordination services are required for the period of performance of Event 1: 11-13 September 2020 (Friday- Sunday) in Washington DC preferably near the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C. (Location shall be approved by COR NLT two (2) weeks prior to the event. Event tasks: • Hotel/Guest service (2 nights) for 27 rooms – Near the vicinity of the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC to enable walking to the museum or a free hotel shuttle. If those options are not available, near a Metro stop to enable the usage of public transportation. • Meal services (Due to COVID restrictions, pre-prepared, packaged meals are acceptable.) • Non-alcoholic beverage services • Main conference room with A/V Support • Conference Planner Fee • 65 Books – “Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor Frankl Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and PWS is attached.
