The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Bragg (MICC Center - FB) has received a requirement from the Special Warfare Training Group (SWTG) for Mold Mitigation Services. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide mold preventive maintenance services in order to prevent and mitigate mold growth in multiple facilities in and around Camp Mackall. These services shall prevent / mitigate mold emergence and population by thorough cleaning and disinfection of shower areas in Latrine #1, Building T-2962, Latrine #2, Building T-2662, Latrine #3 T-3357, Latrine #4 T-3355, Latrine #5 T-3358, Latrine #6 T-5167, Laundry Facility T-2862 and the Dining Facility air handling/air duct system, Building # T-3467, as defined in the PWS. This contract has a base year of 01 September 2020 through 31 August 2021. There is one option year of 01 September 2021 through 31 August 2022. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and PWS.
