AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to incorporate Answers to Questions submitted by Vendors, Incorporate additional Photos (11) based on questions submitted and for further clarification and extend the date and time for receipt of proposals. Ensure receipt confirmation is made of proposal submitted via email to and by the person(s) indicated in the Solicitation and Amendment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Solicitation W912C320R0007 for AC Chiller Preventive Maintenance and Repairs is issued. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to procure AC CHILLER PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES at Fort Buchanan. It is the Government's intention to issue a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The Contractor shall provide labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, permits, supervision and any other items necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The proposed acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 Million. The Solicitation, W912C320R0007, will be posted after July 31, 2020 and made available via the Contracting Opportunities web site at https://beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Failure to sign and send any amendments issued with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award.
