Combined Synopsis/Solicitation PANMCC-20-P-0000 017750 Hand Wash Stations This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number is PANMCC-20-P-0000 017750 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05, Effective 30 March 2020 and DPN 20200114. This is a request for quotes to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, maintenance, other items and non-personal service to perform operations necessary to sell, deliver and service hand wash stations in support of the COVID-19 defense efforts and the 4ID headquartered at Fort Carson, Colorado. The contractor is expected to be familiar with delivery, placement and service in the listed areas. The contractor will provide the following for the sites as described below: a. Eight units are located at the PX (13SEC17818768) (6110 Martinez St.) b. Eight at the commissary (13SEC18248738) (1551 Prussman Bld.) c. Four at the CLVI (13SEC18088787) (1510 Chiles Ave.) d. One at SRP (13SEC18278793) (6371 Specker Ave.) e. One at the Courthouse (13SEC17518720) (1633 Mekong St.) f. One at the Burger King (13SEC18398779) (1804 Prussman Blv.) g. One at the Post Office (13SEC18308775) (1611 Mc Donald St.) h. One at the Gate three gas station (13SEC17138975) (510 Chiles Ave.) i. One at the Gate four gas station (13SEC18418958) (900 Magrath Ave.) j. One at Gate 20 gas station (13SEC21348649) (3600 Magrath Ave.) k. One at the gas station beside Butts Army Airfield (13SEC19368204)(2751 Wilderness Rd.) The handwashing stations (a- c.) will be serviced twice daily, 7 days a week. The handwashing stations (d.-k.) will be serviced once daily, 5 days a week, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Salient Characteristics: The handwashing stations shall be non-permanent and portable. The units shall have receptacles for grey water, waste water, paper towels, as well as soap. All wastewater will be contained within the unit. The soap shall be standard handwashing soap and not hand sanitizer. The units can be single sink or multi-sink. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991,Portable toilet renting and/or servicing standard size of number of employee 1500. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
