The U.S. Government is seeking information on the availability of 28 EA Hand wash station to include servicing and placement of these stations at various locations around Fort Carson. .MICC Fort Carson is searching for interested sources with the ability to fulfill this requirement. In your response please indicate all business categories, i.e. small business, large business, service disabled veteran owned, 8(a), Hub Zone and Woman-owned in which you fall. Please provide information about your soonest possible delivery date upon receipt of order. Provide the NAICS code you will be using to fulfill the requirement. Also provide how many sinks are in the hand wash station (i.e.1, 2 or 4). The place of delivery will be: Fort Carson, CO 80913 a. Eight units are located at the PX (13SEC17818768) (6110 Martinez St.) b. Eight at the commissary (13SEC18248738) (1551 Prussman Bld.) c. Four at the CLVI (13SEC18088787) (1510 Chiles Ave.) d. One at SRP (13SEC18278793) (6371 Specker Ave.) e. One at the Courthouse (13SEC17518720) (1633 Mekong St.) f. One at the Burger King (13SEC18398779) (1804 Prussman Blv.) g. One at the Post Office (13SEC18308775) (1611 Mc Donald St.) h. One at the Gate three gas station (13SEC17138975) (510 Chiles Ave.) i. One at the Gate four gas station (13SEC18418958) (900 Magrath Ave.) j. One at Gate 20 gas station (13SEC21348649) (3600 Magrath Ave.) k. One at the gas station beside Butts Army Airfield (13SEC19368204) (2751 Wilderness Rd.) The handwashing stations (a- c.) will be serviced twice daily, 7 days a week. The handwashing stations (d.-k.) will be serviced once daily, 5 days a week, excluding Saturday and Sunday. The handwashing stations shall be non-permanent and portable. The units shall have receptacles for grey water, waste water, paper towels, as well as soap. The contractor would be responsible for replenishing the soap and paper towels on the maintenance scheduled specified as well as disposing of gray water and cleaning the stations. All wastewater will be contained within the unit. The soap shall be standard handwashing soap and not hand sanitizer. The units can be single sink or multi-sink. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released unless exempt from synopsis, it will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number or CAGE code, whether you are a large business or a small business. If you are a small business, include a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, Government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. Provide past experience of projects with similar scope or magnitude. 3. Please provide information about your soonest possible delivery date upon receipt of order (i.e. 14 days ARO). Could you meet a start date of 25 April 2020, if so, what type of notice would you require? 4. How many hand wash stations do you have available to provide. 5. Also provide how many sinks are available in your Hand Wash stations. (i.e. 1, 2 or 4) 6. If you have an existing contract vehicle (i.e. GSA schedule) through which you provide Hand Wash station services please indicate. 7. If you aren’t able to provide the exact maintenance schedule being requested, please specify what kind of maintenance schedule you are able to provide. 6. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a valid CAGE code and DUNS number, in order to respond to any resulting solicitation.
