The Training Service Center on Fort Hood is requesting information regarding potential contractors that are capable of providing training aids, devices, simulators and simulations support services to Fort Hood soldiers, reserve components, ROTC and civilian organizations. The purpose of this sources sought is to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. Thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government’s requirements and enhancing the Government’s ability to obtain quality service at reasonable prices and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiations and contract award. This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of potential qualified contractors before determining the method of acquisition. This requirement is for 8(a) contractors only. The Government reserves the right to not award a contract from this sources sought. Please provide a detailed information describing your capability to perform the required services detailed in the attached “Draft” Performance Work Statement.
