Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Marcon International Inc. to support Fort Knox for a delivery of a three smart key system boxes in addition to the existing system by 16 March of 2020. The existing system is a KEYper System that includes, but not limited to: Elite Software Touch Screen Interface User Recognition Camera Biometric/Fingerprint Log-in 2 Desktop FOB readers Sturdi-Fobs Tamper Seals Wall Mount(s) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than Thursday 2/20/2020 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Only written responses will be considered. All documents submitted, will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contract Specialist, Wesley Dowell by email at wesley.e.dowell.civ@mail.mil. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Responses shall include the following: 1. Company name and address 2. Statement of interest meeting all requirement listed above. 3.
