The estimated r... THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure CCTV equipment and installation per the attached PWS. The location of performance is Fort Carson, Colorado. The estimated requirement is a base period 1 APRIL 2020 - 31 MARCH 2021 with 4 years of options. The requirement is still in the planning phase and has not been fully defined. MICC Fort Carson is searching for interested sources with the necessary experience and ability to fulfill this requirement. In your response please indicate all business categories, i.e. small, service disabled veteran owned, 8(a), Hub Zone and Woman-owned in which you fall. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes- it does not consittute a Request for Quote(RFQ)/Invitation for Bid(IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicted proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notcie. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclue participation in any future RFQ or IFB, or RFP , if any is issued. If a solictiation is released unless exempt from synopsis, it will be synopsizied on the Government-Wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
