Five year blanket purchase agreement for parts, maintenance, and repair of dock levelers and garage and warehouse doors across Fort Leavenworth, KS. Currently installed dock levelers are Overhead Door or Rite-Hite brand or similar. Currently installed garage and warehouse doors are Overhead Door brand or similar. The expected response time for routine repairs and maintenance is 24hrs via e-mail or phone call Monday - Friday 0700-1600, have a technician on site within 48hrs of initial call. In the case of emergency repairs, the contractor must respond within 2hrs via e-mail or phone call (24hrs a day, 7 days a week), and have a technician on site within 6hrs of initial call. Examples of common repairs include but are not limited to: Dock Levelers: - Plate pumps - Motors - Springs - Switches Garage/Warehouse Doors - Rails - Rollers - Belts - Cables - Door Operators A site visit will be held on April 23, 2019 from 1-3PM CST. Access to Fort Leavenworth is restricted and requires planning to ensure arrival on time. Contractors need to process through the Visitor Center to obtain access to the installation. The facility manager will provide a walk-through of the site. All questions will need to be sent via email to the Contract Specialist by April 26, 2019 at 8:00 AM CST. All questions received will be answered and posted through an amendment to the Solicitation. Submitted quotes will be evaluated using the lowest price method on the basis of parts, fees, and service call pricing. Responsive quotes should address, at minimum, parts, fees, and service call pricing for the above listed common repairs. All final quotes must be received no later than May 17, 2019, 1 PM CST.
