This is a sources sought notice only for child care services supporting the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Yellow Ribbon Program; it is not an RFQ/IFB/RFP, the government is not seeking quotes, bids, or proposals at this time, and it will not pay response costs. The government will use responses to assess small-business capability and may set aside the requirement if at least two small businesses respond with supporting information. Interested small businesses in all socioeconomic categories are encouraged to provide firm identification and contact/UEI/CAGE data, small-business status, and NAICS code. Responses should also address prime or subcontractor/teaming interest, relevant past performance and certifications, commercial availability and pricing information, and recommendations for structuring the requirement to promote competition and improve the draft PWS. This information will help determine whether a set-aside and a single or multiple award are appropriate.
