This support is for the development and rehabilitation of tactical, tactical support, and non-tactical facilities supporting the MD mission including missile control buildings, industrial workshops, power plants, communications facilities, administration buildings, ancillary structures, new and rehab road work, utility work, building systems work, and various other facilities as needed to meet the MD mission.
