This is a new requirement for Cost Book 2025 Survey. The purpose of this contract is for the government to acquire information on construction costs and productivity data required to update various construction tasks in the CostBook. Once the required data is received from the contractor, it will be compiled and formatted by a third-party contractor into a format readable by the MII, PACES, and RACER cost estimating software.
