We are SEEKING SOURCES. These UESCs will minimize energy consumption and costs while meeting operation and mission requirements with potential energy and water saving projects, including but not limited to lighting upgrades; heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning; solar photovoltaic array / parking lot PV carports / batter energy storage systems / generation, energy management control systems upgrades, water efficiency (plumbing fixture replacement in critical buildings, irrigation retrofit and control, and vehicle wash rack maintenance), install meter data management system utility meters on all critical buildings, and building envelope upgrades.
