The information from the subscription service could be used for planning, comparative analysis, project feasibility analysis and risk evaluation.

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville (CEHNC) is issuing this request for information announcement in order to perform market research primarily to determine if firms possess the ability to execute the requirement for an anticipated formal solicitation. This sources sought announcement is not a REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Therefore, we request that you provide a capability statement in response to this requirement for consideration of this action. This RFI does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any preparation costs.
