NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This Sources Sought notice is to improve small business access to acquisition information and enhance competition by identifying contracting and subcontracting opportunities. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of materials, machinery, or services. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought are solely at the responding parties' expense. Respondents are solely responsible for properly marking and clearly identifying any proprietary information or trade secrets contained within their response. The Government will not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly marked and clearly identified. Proprietary information received will be safeguarded and handled in accordance with the Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. 1905). No determination as to the viability of this potential requirement has been made at this point and there is currently no solicitation for this effort. By responding to this Sources Sought you provide the Government permission to share your submitted capabilities and contract information with other Government organizations in relationship to similar requirements for market research purposes. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: TOP SECRET/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED The objective for this contract is to provide Facility Support Services at Defense Intelligence Agency facilities in the National Capitol Region at Defense Intelligence Agency Headquarters, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling , Washington D.C.; Fort Detrick, MD; Reston, VA; the Defense Logistics Operations Center (DLOC); the Pentagon; Charlottesville, VA; Missile and Space Intelligence Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL; Building E2040, Fort Bragg, NC; Buildings B1064, B54815, B1770, B88939, B60550, and B66295 Cape Canaveral, FL; and Building 10989, Patrick Air Force Base, FL. and other DIA facilities in the states listed in TE-1. See Technical Exhibit (TE) 1 for a list of facilities and States included in this contract. If your company is interested in this requirement and would submit a proposal if the Government makes a determination to release a solicitation, then complete the submission requirements outlined below. This information will be used for market research purposes to identify available sources and determine the best acquisition approach.
