ProjNet™ is designed to support the diverse stakeholders in these facility life-cycle processes. DrChecks™ is an Internet-based design review and checking application. Through a single point of access to all project materials, DrChecks™ allows authorized users to communicate and resolve design issue. DrChecks™’s complete record of this collaborative effort, including all comments, changes and resolutions, is available to all project partners throughout the entire design, bid and build process. ProjNet-Filer™ serves as a secure point of distribution for exchange of dynamic project documentation and data among all stakeholders, in real time. This application automatically tracks/organizes: document development, amendments, deletion, as well as file views, and completed project designs. Filer-based audit trails permit project managers to ensure that team members have the latest document versions. Filer eliminates time spent on mailing and delivery of hard copy documents, enhances to project transparency by securely recording all access to documents within the system, enabling the Project Delivery Team (PDT) to effectively meet mission(s).
