This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services using simplified acquisition procedures, with no paper copies available. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires review and update of modeling relationships and associated computerized applications—including CADET, hull lines flexibility, powering and emissions handling, ballast templates, and wake screening—for coastal deep-draft waterway evaluations. The work involves adding selected cargo, passenger, and offshore support hull profiles and integrating them into these applications, with possible refinement of existing tools.
