This is a Sources Sought Notice for automated text/voice messaging services to notify patients about prescription refills and pickups, to be used with Parata Systems products. The services must support up to 10,000 monthly messages and provide support for Pharmacy Cabinets within the San Antonio Military Medical Center area. The performance period is a 12-month base period from October 1 through September 30, 2027. The government is seeking capability statements and company information to determine if sufficient competition exists for a potential future contract.
