The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources capable of providing the services outlined below. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary. 1.0 Introduction Madigan Army Medical Center is conducting market research to identify qualified and experienced vendors capable of providing comprehensive Radiopharmaceutical Laboratory Services (RLS). We are seeking to understand the capabilities of potential contractors to meet the salient characteristics detailed in this notice. 2.0 Salient Characteristics Interested parties must demonstrate the ability to meet the following mandatory requirements: 2.1 Compliance and Accreditation Must utilize only FDA-approved materials and sources for all products. Must be currently accredited by The Joint Commission. Must ensure all operations and products comply with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 825 standards for radiopharmaceuticals. 2.2 Support and Delivery Services Must provide "round the clock" (24/7/365) customer support. Must have the proven ability to deliver support and products during weekends, federal holidays, and non-business hours. Must be capable of delivering medications under urgent and STAT (immediate) timelines as requested. Must provide safe, secure, and responsible delivery services for the transportation of radioactive materials in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations. 2.3 Required Medications Vendors must have the capability to provide the following radiopharmaceuticals upon request, in the specified dosages and formats.
